BTCA Certs

Jolie was one of the first 5 Boston Terriers to be Awarded the Gold Level Health Certificate back in May of
2002 when the program was first started by the Boston Terrier Club of America. These awards are
presented to the owners at the Awards Banquet held at the BTCA National Dog Show each year.
Jolie has been awarded this Gold Level Certificate each year since its inception.

To receive this award each Boston must have successfully completed their CERF Eye Test, BAER Hearing
Test and the Patella Test and had all results registered with OFA, receiving official Certificates for each
completed test. In addition to these Certificates, you must pass a Physical examination by your
Veterinarian. (Copy of Physical Examination Form)

I was voted into the Health Committee because of my dedication to Health Testing for the Betterment of the
Breed and now run this Program for the Boston Terrier Club Of America. I send my documentation to the
Chairman of this Committee for verification, before adding the names of my Bostons to the list of
Certificates to be printed.
