| Gigi's new owner Stephanie DiBelardino of Norfolk, VA flew up to pick Gigi up on May 31st. They flew back to Norfolk the following day. Gigi will be quite a busy little girl as she will be trained to be a Service Dog. Stephanie's husband Ezio has Vertigo and Gigi will help him when he drops something onto the floor. Being a Service dog allows Gigi to fly up in the cabin with them instead of being in the cargo area. And also allows her to go into restaurants, etc....with them. This will be great as Gigi will live in Rome, Italy part of the year and also spend a great deal of time on the 2 big boats they own. That is where the litter training will definitely come in handy. Check back for new photos of Gigi as she discovers her new world with Stephanie and Ezio. Brio is now a Service Dog in Training and she just made her first flight to Rome, Italy to spend the summer. Maybe I can get Stephanie to "adopt" me too?!? |
