Good Morning Sue!
Day one and night one are done and a success all around!
Murphy wasn't sure what to make of the cats and they weren't sure what to make of him....he decided that it was
a new world order though and found his "bark" and "growl" while hiding behind me! That was good enough for
the cats - they all met each other and have agreed that its OK. Our Saffy - who thinks she's a dog - is also a
mother to everyone - she has already groomed him and found him to be hers!!!
We had a 75% success ratio for pottying!!!!!!!!! He went outside and in the litter pan - but had an accident in
the night sometime, probably right before we got to him this morning. What schedule did you have the babies
on? We'd like to stay pretty close to that as he grows because he's used to the routine.
Chuck is in 7th Heaven! He played with Murphy until Murphy was worn out! He also tried your idea of cheese
and that was a big hit too! Murphy tries to get into Karl's beard - maybe he's thinking of Spirit's belly? - so
Karl's is Spirit, I am the "warm" lady because he will follow me and then cuddle up with me on the couch or the
bed, and Chuck is the cheese kid who plays with him.
Last night he cried in the play area for little while at bedtime - missing everyone I am sure, but quieted down
after a time - we kept a little light on for him so he could still sleep but still see in the dark to get where he
needed to go if he wanted to - we will also put a little radio in there on soft music for him too. But this morning
he was very excited and happy to see us and is doing great!
I have attached two pictures for you too - one outside when we are trying to get him on the schedule and one
